    You can't see yourself in the frame.

    We can all cultivate awareness and try to live our lives from our best perspective..

    In summary there is nothing quite like having a trusted person from outside of the frame and your own circle, who holds you in the highest positive regard, to support you in seeing the things that will make a massive difference to your quality of life.

    A hypnotherapist or coach acts as a neutral observer, helping you identify blind spots and patterns that might be challenging to recognize on your own. 

    They really are trained to hold you in what is known in counselling as "highest positive regard" which means no personal biases or judgement. This objectivity is crucial in understanding your experiences, challenges, and strengths, allowing for a more comprehensive exploration of your situation. This safe and supportive environment fosters trust and openness, essential elements for effective self-reflection and change.

    From outside of the frame a therapist can help you see distorted beliefs and patterns more clearly and can guide your through a process of questioning assumptions, intervening and reframing memories and facilitate you in getting a more constructive understanding of yourself. The intention is purely for you to have the best outcomes possible.

    Having someone outside of you who is consistently "for you" is so useful and profound shifts really are possible..
